Daxxify

In addition to Botox, our nurse injectors also offer Daxxify. This type of wrinkle relaxer uses a peptide stabilizer without the human and animal byproducts found in Botox.

Compared to the traditional 3 to 4 month results duration of Botox or Dysport, Daxxify can last up to 6 months! For 3 to 5 days before your appointment, avoid blood-thinning medications, supplements, and substances. These include aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil, and alcohol.
Keep taking prescribed medications as directed. Do not stop using prescription medications without the consent of your doctor.
If possible, opt for calming skincare products, avoiding harsh exfoliants or active ingredients.
Arrive at your appointment with clean skin free of makeup, oils, or lotions.
If you’ve had Botox or other injections recently, tell your provider.
Inform your nurse injector if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any active skin infections.

Post-Care Instructions

For the next 4 hours after your appointment, keep your head upright. You should avoid lying down to prevent the wrinkle relaxer from migrating.
Skip workouts, saunas, hot yoga, hut tubs, and anything else that can produce heavy sweating, which can affect your results.
